House to be photo ready when we arrive
All properties should be photo-ready when we arrive. I highly recommend a professional home staging consultation prior to photography, If you need a referral to one I would be happy to provide. each shoot is only alloted a time of 1-2 hours depending on size and package ordered, we may have to leave if home is not photo ready to stay on schedule.
Due to liability of potentially damaging furniture, flooring, walls, decor, etc, We do not move furniture, treadmills, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. we also do not touch bathroom supplies so please be sure your client has removed all personal hygiene items from showers and bathtubs.
If we notice a pillow on a bed isn't sitting correctly or a mattress is showing, I may try to make it look as best as possible, but overall the property should be ready to go when we arrive.
if shoot has to be re-scheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to shoot there will be a re-scheduling fee of $100.
1-2 Business Day Delivery
Images will be delivered via online in one to two business days (Monday-Friday). Saturday sessions will be delivered Monday.
PAYMENT
Full Payment is required before image delivery. Invoice will be sent via e-mail and payments can be processed online via online payment system.
